Brand Identity, Digital Design, Website, UI UX Design

Zingtree, a cloud-based CX platform, empowers users to craft and implement interactive decision trees and scripts. Its customizable guides and troubleshooters aid both agents and customers in navigating complex processes or finding answers to their queries.

The Zingtree brand faced several challenges. These included an overly simplistic branding, an outdated website appearance, and a lack of vibrancy and dynamism, failing to fully convey the essence of Zingtree's offerings.

Logo Rationale

The new logo is the cornerstone of the brand identity, a new way to present Zingtree to the world with the same vision of making every human an expert. The logo features a friendly agent greeting and waving to the client, showcasing our commitment to equipping agents with the tools for exceptional service. As well as subtly incorporating our core product – decision trees.

Zingtree Website

The website played a major role in the team's decision to rebrand. With a small team of three, I managed a fantastic web developer (Rasheed) who handled the implementation, and a Junior designer (Florencia) who addressed requests related to the old brand. This allowed me to concentrate on launching the new brand identity. The rebranding and redesign have yielded promising early results, significantly enhancing user experience, functionality, and aesthetics. In the first three months, we experienced a notable increase in engagement, with a a 46% boost in lead generation, a 39% reduction in bounce rate and a12% rise in session duration,

Design System

The most challenging part of creating the Zingtree website from scratch was the need to establish a comprehensive design system. This was my second experience building an entire design system from the ground up.

The design system I developed is highly detailed and encompasses a wide range of components, from buttons, typography, and color palettes to UI form elements, inputs, and grids. You can explore the full design system here to see the extent of my work.

Paid Social Campaigns

Navigate with the arrows below to see examples showcasing our brand's cohesion through imagery, illustrations, colors, and fonts. For more, check out additional ads all the way to the bottom, where we experimented with colors, imagery, copy, and fonts to find what resonates best with our audience.

After introducing the rebrand in the first quarter, our ads saw a significant performance boost in digital displays, with click-through rates increasing by 66% and conversion rates by 37% on average.

Marketing Materials

One-pagers Ebooks, Google Slides & Docs Templates

One of my initial tasks at Zingtree was to create templates to assist the Sales team with self-serve materials. This allowed me to focus more on creative work rather than repeatedly editing slides, documents, or one-pagers. Although for major presentations, I went beyond just providing templates by adding an extra wow factor to make them truly stand out.You can view the full slide deck here to see its comprehensiveness.

I've also created HR assets including Zingtree-branded LinkedIn banners, Zoom backgrounds, email signatures, and Slack emojis featuring Zingtree's core values.

Video Work

I produced many videos with Zingtree. Below are a couple of samples that I created from start to finish: one is a sales pitch, and the other is a product demo.
